COMMISSIONERS �- 12 39 WARD PRINTING CO 7ri'r8- - - ------v_----" NO. 37-5 January 8, 1941. i The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the matter of fixing the salary of the Deputy Clerk of Courts met in the Office of the Count Commissioners on Wednesday, Janus 8 i P Y � Y Y, i'Y 1941, at 4:00 P.M., with the following members presents County Commissioners Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Smith and Clerk of Courts Leo Wright. ` Motion by Mr. Wright, seconded by Mr. O'Neil,, that the salary of Irene Be Burroughs, Deputy Clerk of Courts, be fixed at 0175#00 per month for the year 1941. effective January 1, 1941, with the privilege of again presenting the matter if there is a general revision of the salaries of deputies. Motion carried. Motion duly made, seconded and carried, that the meeting adjourn until 9:00 A.M., on Thursday, January 9, 1941. I j-------------- i' . i N0. 38-S January 9, 1941. I The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the matter of fixing salaries In the Office of the County Treasurer, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Thursday, January 9, 1941, at 9:00 A.M., with the following members present: County Commissioners Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Smith and County Treasurer John L. Post. I Notion b Mr. Post seconded by Mr. Cummins that the salaries of employees in the County � Y_ s s Treasurer's Office be fixed as follows for the year 1941, effective January 1, 1941. John Bevee, Deputy, $200.00 per month Theresa Sank, Bookkeeper, 175.00 Alice T. Leckey, Clerk, 140,00 " Margaret P. Hagan, Clerk, 140.00 Jennie Garbinski, Clerk, 140.00 Jane Borland, Clerk, 125.00 " ! Motion carried, with Mr. O'Neil not voting. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board stood adjourned.to meet at 4:00 P.M. to fix i salaries in the Office of the Coroner. ------------ NO. 39-S January 9, 1941. The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the matter of fixing salaries in the Office of the Coroner, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Thursday, January i 91, 1941, at 4:00 P.M., with the following members present: County Commissioners.Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Smith and Coroner James B. Jones. j Motion by Mr. Jones, seconded by Mr. Smith, that the salaries of employees in the Coroner's I Office be fixed as follows for the year 1941, effective January 1, 1941: Margaret Meiser, Secretary, $100.00 per month B. M. Rector, Deputy Coroner, 75.00 Question called for: Voting "Yes", Messrs. Smith, O'Neil and Jones; voting "No, Messrs. Berry- man and Cummins. This being a majority, the motion was declared carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the meeting adjourn until 10 A.M., Friday, January 10, 1941.
