The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the fixing of the salary of
the Deputy Register of Wills, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Tuesday, January 13,'
1942, at 1:30 P.M., with the following members present: County Commissioners Berryman, Cummins and
C7'Neil, County Controller Stuart and Register of Wills, Leo L. Considine.
Motion by Mr. Considine, seconded by Mr, Cummins, that the salary of Walter Boswell, Deputy
Register of Wills, be fixed at $215.00 per month for the year 1942, covering the period from the
first Monday of January 1942 to the first Monday of January, 1943. Motion carried, with Mr. O'Neil
not voting.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, The Board adjourned to meet at 2:00 P.M. to fix
the salary of the Secretary to the District Attorney.

The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the fixing of the salary of
the Secretary to the District Attorney, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Tuesday,
January 13, 1942, at 2:00 P.M*, with the following members present: County Commissioners Berryman,
Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Stuart and District Attorney, George T. Cumins.
Motion by District Attorney Curmins, seconded by ConmAssioner Cummins, that the salary of
Loretta Fithian, Secretary to the District Attorney, be fixed at 0150.00 per month for theyear
1942, covering the period from the first Monday of January 1942 to the first Monday of January,
1943. Motion carried, with Mr. O'Neil not voting.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Board adjourned to meet at 2:15 P.M* to fix
salaries in the Office of the Coroner.

The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the fixing of salaries in the
Office of the Coroner, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Tuesday, January 13, 1942.
at 2:15 P.M., with the following members present: County Commissioners Berryman, Cumins and O'Neil,
County Controller Stuart and Coroner James B. Jones.
Motion by Mr. Jones, seconded by Mr, Cummins, that the salary. of B,.M, Rector, Secretary, be
fixed at $115#00 per month for the year 1942, covering the period from the first Monday of January,
1942, to the first Monday of January, 1943* Motion carried, with Mr. O'Neil not voting*
Motion by Mr. Jones that the salary of Andrew Pedeski, Deputy, be fixed at S75.00 per month*
There being no second to this motion, it was declared lost.
Ypon notion duly made, seconded and carried, the Board adjourned to meet at 2:45 P.M. to fix the
salary of the Deputy Clerk of Courts.
