COMMISSIONERS I L_ NO. 63-S January 13, 1942. The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the fixing of the salary of the Deputy Clerk of Courts, met in the Office of the County, Conmissioners on Tuesday, January 13, 1942, at 2:45 P.M., with the following members present: County Commissioners Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Stuart and Clerk of Courts, F. Leo Wright. Motion by Mr. Wright, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the salary of Irene B. Burroughs., Deputy Clerk of Courts, be fixed at S185#00 per month for the year 1942, covering the period from the first Monday of January, 1942, to the first Monday of January, 1943. Motion carried, with Mr. O'Neil not voting. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Board adjourned to meet at 3:00 P.M* to fix salaries of employees in the Recorder of Deeds Office* NO. 64-S January 13, 1942. The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the fixing of the salaries of employees in the Recorder of Deeds Office, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on -Tuesday, January 13, 1942, at 3:00 P.M., with the following members present: County Commissioners Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil; County Controller Stuart and Recorder of Deeds. William Do Smith; Motion by Mr. Smith, seconded by Mr. Cutmains, that the salaries of bnployees in the Recorder of Deeds Office be fixed as follows for the respective positions set forth below for the year 1942, covering -the period from the first Monday of January, 1942, to the first Monday of January 1943: Helen R. Bane, Deputy, $200.00 per month Matilda S. McGlade., Index Clerk, 155*00 11 11 Marie Lincoln, Transcriber, 116.00 It ffallace S. Gourley, Solicitor, 500100 y6ai Motion carried, with Mr. O'Neil not voting. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Board adjourned to meet at 3:30 P.M. to the fix/salary of the Secretary to the County Superintendent of Schools* NO, 65-S January 13, 1942, The Salary Board of the County of Washington, having to do with the matter of fixing the salary of the Secretary of the County Superintendent of Schools, met in the Office of the County Commissioners on Tuesday, January 13, 1942, at 3:30 P.M., with the following members presents County Commissioners Berryman, Cummins and O'Neil, and County Controller Stuart; Superintendent cif Schools, J. L. Roberts, also present. Upon recommendation of Mr. Roberts, motion was made by Mr, Cummins, seconded by Mr. Stuart, that the salary of Georgen6ll.Morton, Secretary to the County Superintendent of Schools be fixed at $130.00 per month for the year 1942, covering the period from the first Monday of 'January, 1942, to the first Monday of January, 1943, Motion carried, with Mr. O'Neil not voting. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Board adjourned to meet at 3:45 P.M. to fix salaries in the Sheriff's Office. ---------------
