Joint meeting of County Commissioners and County Controller at 1:30
P.M. to open bids for 135,000 Triplicate Tax Bills for use in office of the
County Treasurer, as per advertisement of County Controller; present for County
Commissioners:- Mr. John 9. O?Neil, both Mr. Amos and Mr. Berryman having notice
of meeting, but absent; present for County Controller: Deputy Controller Patton.
Bids from the following concerns were opened and read in presence of
County Commissioner OtNeil and Deputy Controller Patton, each bid being accom-
panied by certified check as required:
WARD PRINTING COMPANY
135,000 Triplicate Tax Bills : $4.50 per M $607. 50
THE McBEF COMPANY:
135,000 Triplicate Tax Bills at $5 .20 per M $702.00
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the awarding of contract wgs de-
ferred until a later date, and meeting adjourned. rz'a /)
