Washington, Pa., March 23, 1936.
Joint meeting of County Commissioners and County Controller to open bids
for furnishing supplies for the Priftry consisting of 189 boxes complete for
each district; present for County Commissioners, Messrs. Berryman, Amos and
O'Neil, County Controller Post also present.
Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Amos, that the bid of the William
G . Johnston Company in the amount of $730.60 be accepted and contract awarded
for the above mentioned supplies, this being the only bid presented.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the Controller be in-
strutted to advertise for 105,000 Official Ballots and 30,000 Specimen Ballots,
approximately, for use at the Primary to be held on April 28, 1936; said bids j

to be received and opened on .April 6, 1936, at 11 A.M. Motion carried.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, March 30, 1936 was set aside as the
day for casting of lots for position of candidates' names on the ballot.
Motion unanimously carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the joint meeting was
adjourned.
