Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and OtNeil; County Controller Post also present.
Bids were opened at 11:00 A.R . as per advertisement of the County Con-
troller for the rebinding of books in the Recorder' s Office as follows:
HULTMAN & COMPANY, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Class 1 -- 85.00 per volumes
Class 2 -- 175.00 per volume
Class 3 -- 150.00 per volume,
provided sixty or more
volumes are contracted j
for over a period of
four years.
Upgn motion duly made and seconded, awarding of contract was deferred
until a later date.

As per advertisement of the County Controller for the fu; mlshing of ap-
proximately 1015,000 Official Ballots and 30,000 Specimen Ballots for use at
the Primary to be held on April 28, 1936, the following bid was presented
and read in pzvsente of County Commissioners and County Controller:

WARD PRINTING COMPANY ---------- $9540.00 {

Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that contract for Official
Ballots and Specimen Ballots be awarded to the Ward Printing Company.
Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
