County Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Amos and OfNeilo Mr. Berryman having notice of meeting but absent. .
Upon motion duly made., seconded and adopted, the County Commissioners
agreed to pay to the order of Elmer E. Phillips the sum of $200.00 for release
of damage option in connection with the -reconstructing and improving of a
section of road in Peters Township, Washington County., Pennsylvania,, designated
on the records of the Department of Highways ad Routes 62170--62171.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned .
