County Commissioners met in joint- session with the County Controller
in the Public Metting Boom of the Court House, Washington, Pa. , at 1:30 P.M., to
open bids for surfac6treating and retread construction work for certain County
roads as ,per advertisement for same by the County Controller. Present were
County Commissioners John D. Berryman,, Earl B. Amos and John N. O'Neil and County
Controller., John L. Post.
Bids from the following concerns for work on roads indicated were opened
and read in the presence of the County Commissioners, each bid being accompanied
by certified check as is required:
