BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., August 26, 19360
County Commissioners in regular session, members prevent being Messrs.
Berryman and OtNeil, Mr. Amos being absent.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following Resolution was adopted
RESOLVEDi by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the
plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway
Route 62016 , in East Pike Run Township, between Stations 0+00 and 5+00., have
been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume
liability for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of
the highway as Contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of any
change or alt6ration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of
the highway.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned.

examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume liability
for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of the highway
as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of any change or
alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the highwi.y.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
