Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs . Berryman,
Amos and O'Neil.
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by dr. O►Neil, that the Controller be in-
structed to advertise for 105,000 Official Ballots and 30,000 Specimen Ballots,

approximately, for use at the General Election to be held on November 3, 1936;
said bids to be received and opened on Sept. 28, 1936 , at 111QO A.M. Motion
carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was ad-

journed.

j 'Motion by dr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the County Controller
be requested to advertise for bids for supplying tally sheets, return sheets, j
envelopes, numbered lists of voters, ►►Voter► s Guides", etc. , required for use of
Election Officers at the General Election to be held on November 3, 1936, supplies
to be packed in 189 boxes for use in boroughs, townships and third class cities,
as may be found necessary. Motion carried.
