Washington, Pa., October 6, 1936.
Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Berryman, Amos and OtNeil.
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. OtNeil, that the County
Controller be requested to advertise for bids for the delivery of ballots
and supplies to the various Election Districts in Washington County for use
at the General Election, to be held on November 3, 1936. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Joint meeting of County Commissioners and County Controller. Present
were County Commissioners Berryman, Amos and OlNeil and County Controller Post.
As per advertisement of County Controller, bids for the delivery of
ballots and supplies for use at the General Election on Nov. 3, 1936 were
opened and read in the presence of the County Commissioners and the County
Controller as follows:
Bedillion & Moniger Lone Pine, Pa. 93.00
Mark Knestrick Scenery Hill, Pa. $98.00
Clyde Peacock Marianna, Pa. $94.00
Bedillion & Moniger being the lowest bidder, the motion was made by
Mt. Amos and seconded by Mr. OtNeil, that the contract be awarded to them at
the bid price of $93.00 and certified checks of the unsuccessful bidders to
be returned immediately. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
