BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

Washington, Pa., Oct. 22, 1936.
Commissioners met in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Berryman, -Amos and O;Neil.
The Chief Clerk presented a letter from Mrs. Mary Lemmon stating
that she would be required to stay at least 120 days at the Mont Alto Sana-
torium, as this is a requirement of the institution in order to receive a
full discharge. On account of not having been able to be admitted to the
institution until half of the three months' leave of absence had expired,
it will be necessary for her to remain until about Christmas time and she
is asking that her leave of absence be extended -to oover this period.
After some discussion the following Resolution was passed:
Motion by Mr. Amos and seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that Mrs. Lemmonts
leave of absence be extended to Jan. 1, 1937 and that her wages shall con-
tinue up to and including Nov. 15, 1936. The remainder of the period will
be without pay. motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Amos, that the County Controller
be requested to advertise for bids for one 1937 Automobile, Model #61, Buick
Sedan, with allowance for trade-in for one 1933 Chevrolet Sedan. Lotion carries.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
