County Commissioners in regular session, members present,, Messrs.' Berry-
man, Amos and OtNeil.
Motion was duly made 'and seconded that the following Resolution be
adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED 'by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that
the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State High-
way Route 62032, in Union Township, between Stations 465495 and 466+60, have been
examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume liability
for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of the highway
as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of any change
or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the
highway.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.

Berryman, Amos and OtNeil; Solicitor Weiner also present.
Motion by Mr. OtNeil, seconded by- Mr. Berrymaii, that the County
Solicitor be authorized to accept a verdict of $2500-00 in the John K. Horner
case in' North Strabane Township, near Canonsburg, Pa. Motion carried, with Mr.
Amos not voting .
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
