Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Berryman, Amos and O'Neil.
Upon motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. Berryman, Emmett Keegan
was named as Clerk in the County Commissioners' Office, with proviso that he
may be dismissed upon thirty dayst notice. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned.

COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.

At 11:00 A.M., on Friday, January 10, 1936, County Commissioners
Berryman, Amos and O'Neil attended a meeting at the Washington Hospital,
Washington, Pa., in connection with Crippled Children's work in Washington
County.
Miss Jane Marshall represented the Society of Crippled Children
,and W. E. Baron, Superintendent of the Washington Hospital, Dr. Ern M. Hazlett
and Dr. A. E. Thompson were also in attendance.
The matter of appropriation by the County of Washington, together
with the Washington Hospital, State appropriation and other organizations,
to aid in Crippled Children's Work was discussed. Mr. John D. Berryman,
upon motion duly made and seconded, was elected Chairman of the Committee
to serve in connection with this work.
