Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs . Berry-
man and Amos, Mr. O'Neil having notice of meeting but absent .
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that the County Con-
troller be requested to advertise for bids for 135,000 Triplicate Tax Bills
for use in the office of County Treasurer, specifications of said Tax Bills
to be seen at office of County Controller. 1&otion carried.-

The following Resolution was presented, duly seconded and adopted:
RESOLVED, That the County of Washington asum'e responsibility for the

payment of damages in the amount of $300.00 cash to Charles Dezak, North Strabane
Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and also construct a drain pipe to
carry surface water past his house and construct proper driveway or entrance
to said property.
The foregoing Resolution was referred to the Solicitor of the County
Commissioners, David H. Weiner.
There being; no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
