Commissioners in regular session, members present Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and OzNeil.
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that Mr. Wade Smith be
warded the Compensation Insurance for another year, provided the policy is
placed with a responsible insurance company. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.

The following letter was received from the members of the Board of
Road Supervisors and also the members of the Board of Education of South Strabane
Township:

Gentlemen:
We the undersigned members of the Board of Road
Supervisors and Board of Education of South Strabane Town-
' ship--hereby certify that in a joint meeting on this date,
we have gone on -record as favoring the appointment of Delmer
Larkin, a resident of South Strabane Township as Tax Collec-
tor of South Strabane Township and as our second choice D.G .
Loughr dge. The vote was as follows: Larkin, five votes -
Loughridge; one vote.

After the foregoing names were presented and duly considered, motion
was duly made and seconded, that D. G . C. Loughridge be named as Tax Collector
for South Strabane Township, to take the place of John J. Paraska, deceased.
Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
