Commissioners in regular session., members present being Messrs.
Berryman, Amos and OtNeil.
Motion duly made and seconded that Memorial Day expenses for the
Veterans of Foreign Wars.,, Post #567 of McDonald., Pa. ., be paid as per bill
submitted, $80.70. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Motion duly made and seconded, that the following Resolution be adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County., that
the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State High-
way Route 62104, in Independence Township, between Stations 100+00 and 106+60
have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume
liability for any and all damages to the surface of the property resulting from
the construction of the highway as contemplated by these plans.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
