Motion duly made and seconded that the following Resolution be adopted BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway Route 62131, in Amwell Township, between Stations 129+00 and 131450 and between Stations 144+50 and 146450, have been examined and the County Commis- sioners agree that the County will assume liability for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of the highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of any change or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the highway.
