Commissioners met in regular session, members present, Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and OtNeil.
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. OtNeil, that the West Penn Power
Company be authorized by Agreement to construct a power line along concrete road
in Smith Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, for the purpose of conveying
electrical power. The section covered by the Agreement is between Station
347+60 and Station 3544-80. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Commissioners met in regular session, members present, Messrs . Berry-
man, Amos and OtNeil.
Motion was duly made and seconded that the following Resolution be
adopted:
Be it resolved by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that
the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing .of State High-
way Route 115, in Chartiers Township, between Stations 232+78 and 241428, have
been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume
liability for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of
the highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising, out
of any change or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or main-
tenance of the highway.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
