As per advertisement of the County Controller, bids for the furnishing of j
142,000 Tax Statements, in triplicate, for use of the County Treasurer, were
opened on February fS, 1937, at 11 A.M., in the presence of the County Con-
troller, John L. Post, and Chief Clerk of the County Commissioners, T. C. j
Hickson, County Commissioners being absent.
The only bid submitted was that of the McBee Company, of Athens, Ohio,
in the sum of $702.00, F. 0. B. Athens.
In the absence of the County Commissioners, the awarding of the contract
was deferred to a later date.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
