County Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Berryman, Amos and OtNeil.
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. OtNeil., that the agreement with the
Pennsylvania Railroad Company, in accordance with the terms and conditions
therein, covering the crossing of the railroad property by an open ditch with
30" re-inforced concrete drain pipe under the trace of their Westland branch,
Westland, Pa., be hereby accepted. Motion carried.
There being no further business before this meeting, it was adjourned.

Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. OtNeil,. that the County Engineer, Mr.
Iams, be authorized to advertise for materials for the superstructure and re-
inforcing for the sub-structure of Cummins Bridge #5, Sugar Camp Run, as follows:
27900 lbs. Fabricated I Beams --- 1000 lbs. Reinforcing Steel
10000 ft. , Bpard Measure, Creosoted Lumber
Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
