BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B. AMOS, JOHN N O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS
Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., April 3, 1937.
Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs . Berryman.,
Amos and OfNeil.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following Resolution was unani-
mously adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that
the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State
Highway Route 62014., in Cecil Township., between Stations 10634-30 and' 1066r+65.,
have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will
assume liability for any and all property damages resulting from the construc-
tion of the highway as contemplated by, these plans, and also all damages
arising out of any change or alteration of drainage resulting from the con-
struction or maintenance of the highway.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting adjourned.

maintenance of the highway.
There being no further business before the Board,, the meeting adjourned.
