County Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Berryman, Amos and OtNeil.
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. OtNeil, that all bids received on
May 21, 1937, for permanent personal registration equipment for-boroughs, towns
and townships in Washington County, be rejected and_ all certified checks in
connection with same be returned to the various ,bidders- by- the County Controller.
Motion carried.

Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Amos, that� the County Controller be
requested to re-advertise for bids for 169---3" binders; more or less, and 129--
2n binders, more or less, with all other necessary supplies in connection with
permanent personal registration in boroughs, towns and townships in Washington

County and that , all bids include unit prices for the various items mentioned in
the bid and a lump sum total bid on all egpuimtnt complying with the requirements
of Aet No. 115, passed April 29, 1937. Motion curried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
