O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., June 12, 1937. Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman., Amos and O'Neil. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following 'Resolution was adopted** BE IT RESOLVED., that the County of Washington agrees to pay to Finkel Brothers the sum of Five Hundred ( 500) Dollars for the damages caused by the elimination of the grade crossing, of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad on West Chestnut Street, City of Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvania- and in consideration of the said sum of Five Hundred Dollars, the said Finkel Brothers, do hereby release 'and discharge the said County of Washington from any and all further claimsfor damages caused by 'Virtue of the elimination- of the grade crossing as aforesaid.
