Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman..
Amos and O'Neil.
Motion by Mr. Amos., seconded by Mr. O 'Neil, that Mr. W. E. Spriggs, Washing—
ton, Pa., be employed to erect the necessary partitions in the office of Mrs,
Mae B. Eckero Juvenile Court Officer. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

On motion duly made and seconded the following Resolution was adopted:
Be it resolved by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the
plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway
Route 115, in Canton Township, between Stations ll1tO0 and 119-f75, have been
examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume ,liability
for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of the highway
as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of any changes
or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the
highway.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
