Commissioners met in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos, Mr. O'Neil being absent.
Motion by Mr. Amos and seconded by Mr. Berryman that the $100,000 note with
the Washington Union Trust Company be paid. Motion carried.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.

Motion duly made and seconded that the Controller be authorized to adver-
tise for bids for resurfacing the following county roads:
Daisytown-National Pike Road 8400 sq. yds.
McMurray Road, Section #1 5825
Pike Run Road, #1-Granville Hill 2500
Clay-sville-Burnsville Road 1200
Motion carried.

There being no further business the mating was adjourned.
