O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., July 13, 1937 Commissioners met in regular session, members present being Messrs. Berryman, Amos and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that the Peoples Natural .Gas- Company of 545 William Penn Wag, Pittsburgh, Pa., be authorized to construct a 2" gas line along and under the Eldersville-Langeloth county concrete road, Washington County, f9r the purpose of conveying gas along said road, for a distance of 690 feet more or less. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that J. K. Robb of Oakdale, Pa., be authorized to construct a water and gas line under the Midway-Bulger county concrete road in Smith Township, Washington County, for a distance of 30 feet more or less, for the purpose of conveying water and gas under the said road. Motion carried, There being no further business,, the meeting was adjourned.. (SIGNED) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., July 15, 1937 Commissioners met in regular session,, members present being Messrs. Berryman, Amos and O'Neil. Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil that the following Resolution be adopted: Be it resolved by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway Route 62007, in West Finley Township, between Stations 0+00 and Station 9+25, have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume lia- bility for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of the highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of any change or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the highway. Motion carried. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. (SIGNED) COMY COMMISSIONERS
