Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Amos
and O'Neil, Mr. Berryman being absent.
Motion by Mr. O'Neil and seconded by Mr. AMOS that the Manufacturers Light
and Heat Company of Pittsburgh, Pa. , be authorized to construct a gas line under
the 'Houston-McConralls Mills concrete county road In Mt. Pleasant Township for
the purpose of conveying gas under said road for a distance of 18 feet more or
less. Motion carried.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.

O'Neil; Mr. Berryman being absent.
Motion duly made and seconded that the following Resolution be adopted:
Be it resolved by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the
plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway
Route 62082, in Arwell Township, between Stations 211+84 and 21e+00
and between Stations 323+50 and 334+00 and between Stations 362-fO0 and 367+-80,
have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will
assume liability for any and all property damages resulting from the construction
of the highway as contemplated by these plans., and also all damages arising out
of any changes or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or main-
tenance of the highway. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
