Commissioners in regular session, members present Messrs. Berryman, Amos and

Motion by Mr. Berryman, seconded by Mr. Amos that the County Controller be
requested to advertise for bids for counter and filing equipment for use in the
Registration Office, Court House, Washington, Pa., bids to be opened on August 17p
at 11 A. M. in the County Commissionerst Office, Washington, Pa. Motion carried.
There being no further business., the meeting djourned.

Mr. OtNeil being absent.
Motion by Mr. Amos and seconded by Mr. Berryman that the County Controller
be requested to advertise for bids for supplying tally sheets., return sheets.,
envelopes, numbered lists of voters, Voters Guides., etc. ., required for use of
the Election Officers at the Primary Election to be held on September 14, 1937,
supplies to be packed in 188 boxes for use in boroughs, townships and Third Class
Cities., that may be found necessary. Motion carried.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
