O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., March 1, 1937. Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Berryman., Amos and O'Neil. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following Resolution was adopted: BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway Route 62052., in Somerset Township, between stations 35+02 and 36+00, have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume lia- bility for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of the highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out of any change or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or mainte- nance of the highway. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. (SIGNED) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. Office of the, County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., March 3, 1937. Motion by Mrv .Amos, seconded by Mr. O?Neil, that the proposal of the Manufacturers' Appraisal Company, 327 Park Bldg ., Pittsburgh, Pa., to appraise the Court House property, including the yard improvements and the Court House furnishings and fixtures contained therein, for the lump sum of $440.00,, be accepted. Motion carried. There being Rio further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned# (SIGNED) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
