Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and O'Neil.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following Resolution was unanimously
adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the
plans submitted by the Department of highways for the changing of State highway
Route 62014, in Nottingham and Peters Township, between Stations 441+30 and
443+75, have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County
will assume liability for any and all property damages resulting from the con-
struction of the highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages
arising out of any change or alteration of drainage resulting from the construc-
tion or maintenance of the highway.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting adjourned.

examined and the County 06mmissioners agree that the County will assume liability
for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of the highway
as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising, out of any change i
or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the
highway.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting adjourned.
