O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS -RD PRINTIN Office of the County Commissioners, Washington., Pa.,, November 3, 1937. Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman., Amos and O'Neil. Motion by Mr. Amos and seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the following resolution be adopted: In the interest of economy, and due to the curtailment of duties and re- sjponsibilities in the office of the County Commissioners, as affected by the Acts passed in the recent session of the Legislature, and further realizing the necessity for a reduction in the ,operating expenses of the -County to aid In the possibility of a reduction of taxes, I move that the following positions be declared vacant., and that the present, incumbents be given thirty (30) days' notice of this action in accordance with the provisions under which they were originally retained, and that there be further reductions in the County Engi- neer's, Road and Bridge Departments, as necessary* Bridge Foreman - G4 Lester Allman Voucher Clerk - Duncan Berryman Mr. Berryman refused to participate In the above proceedings and left the meeting .
