Comity Commissioners in regular session, Messrs. Berryman, Amos and O'Neil
being present.
Motion duly made and seconded that the Agreement with the Manufacturerst
Light & Heat Company, covering the construction of a 2" gas line for distance
of 400t along the Midway-Bulger Road, for the purpose of conveying gas along
this road, be adopted. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman.,
Amos and OfNeil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the following Resolution be unanimously
adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County., that the
plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway
Route 62052, in Somerset and North Strabane Township.. between Stations 352+75
and 49903., have been examined and the, County �Commissloners agree that the
County will assume liability for any and all property damages resulting from
the construction of the highway as contemplated by these plans-,, and also all
damages arising out, of any changes or alteration of drainage -resulting from the
construction or maintenance of the highway.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned;
