Section III. That any resolution, or part of resolution, conflicting with
this resolution be and the same is hereby repealed insofar as the same affects
this resolution.
Passed finally by the Board- of County Commissioners this 30th day of
November, 1937.

Motion duly made and seconded that the Agreement with the Manufacturers' l -
Light & Heat Company of Pittsburgh, Pa., for the construction of a 2" gas line
along and across the Burgettstown-Cross Creek concrete road, Washington County),
Pa., for a distance of 500 ft., be adopted. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
