Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., January 11, 1938.
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.
Berryman, Amos and OtNeil, for the purpose of conferring with a delegation
from the Washington County Farm Show.
Present for Washington County Farm Show: Elwood H. Fulton, Agent,
Washington County Agricultural Extension Bureau; Charles Haden, T. S. Peese,
F. B. Blayney, J. R. Henderson, J. A. Scott, Ed. Walker; R. C. Provost, Secre-
tary of Chamber of CoOmerce, also present.
dr. J. R. Henderson, in the interest of the Washington County Farm Show,
requested that the County Commissioners make an appropriation in the amount of
$1000 towards said Show, to be held in the fall, 1938.
After the matter was discussed at some length, action was deferred.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

Berryman, Amos and OtNeil; County Controller, J. K. Smith, also present, to
consider the budget of the Agricultural Extension Association for the coming
year.
Present for the Agricultural Extension Association: Elwood H. Fulton,
Charles Haden, T. S. Peese and R. B. Blayney.
The said budget was presented for the year 1938 in the amount of $1900
and motion was made by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that this amount be
appropriated by Washington County for the year 1938. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
