County Commissioners and County Controller in joint session for the purpose
of opening bids for one 1938 Standard 4-Door Chevrolet Sedan as per advertise-
ment of the County Controller; present for County Commissioners, Messrs. Berryman
Amos and O'Neil; County Controller, J. K. Smith, also present.
There hating been only one bid received, same was opened and read in the
presence of the County Commissioners as follows:

Foregoing to be delivered with regular factory equipment of bumpers, front
and rear; spare tire; plus additional equipment of dual winshield wipers and
bumper guards. Additional reduction for tax exemption of approximately $20.20
will be allowed if proper affidavit is filled out.
Motion by Mr. OtNeil, seconded by Mr. Amos, that the bid of the Scott Motor
Company, Washington, Pa., contained in Proposal No. 2, at their net price of
481.00 be accepted. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the joint session, it was adjourned.
