County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.
Berryman and Amos, Mr. O'Neil being absent.
Motion by Mr. ,Amos, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that check in the amount of
A100.00 be issued to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, 1201 Benedum Treee
Bldg . , Pittsburgh, Pa. , to cover the liquor violation fine of John Wormsley,
as per Court Order No. 63, February Term, 1936; said amount having been re-
turned to the Treasurer in error by the Clerk of Courts and given to the
County Controller by the County Treasurer under date of June 27, 1936 .
Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

Joint meeting of County Commissioners and County Controller on Tuesday
February 1, 1938; present for County Commissioners, Messrs. Berryman and Amos,
Mt. OtNeil being absent; County Controller, J. K. Smith, also present.
Controller Smith submitted to the County Commissioners the proposed budget

for the year 1938, in triplicate. Upon motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr.

Berryman, same was accepted by the County Commissioners, to be considered in
the final adoption of their budget for the year 1938.
There being no further business before the joint meeting, it was adjourned/
