O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners, . Washington, Pa., February 4, 1938. County Commissioners tet in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Amos and OtNeil. Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that due to a necessity for additional space for the Washington County Institution District Offices,, the space formerly occupied by the County Engineer in the southwest corner of the lower floor of the Court House is to be assigned to the Washington County Institution District immediately. All county property and records formerly in the custody of the County Engineer to be temporarily surrendered to the Chief Clerk to the County Commissioners. In compliance with the provisions of the Act of Assembly relating to the office of County Surveyor, space for quarters for the duly elected County Surveyor will, hereafter, be provisionally assigned in the Washington County Agricultural Extension Association as agreeable to that Association; copies of this action to be given to all parties affected. Motion carried, with Mr. Berryman voting "Not' for the reason that he thinks that this action should bq delayed until we would have the necessary definite information of just what space would be required. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. (SIGNED) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
