BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B. AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS
Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., February 16p 1938.
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry-
man and Amos.' Mr. OtNeil being absent.
Motion duly made, seconded and carried, that the County Controller be
authorized to advertise for bids for 87,000 Occupation Statements, 50,000
Real Estate Statements, 6500 Personal Property Statements, 2000 blank statements
and 1000 blank receipts, for use of County Treasurer; bids to be opened in
the office of the County Commissioners on Monday, February 28, 1938, at 11 A.M.,
the right being reserved to reject any or all bids and certified check in the
amount of $100 must accompany each bid. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board,, the meeting was adjourned.

Commissioners met in regular session, those present being Messrs. Amos and
O'Neil, Mr. Berryman being absent.
The following bids for Public Liability, Property Damage, Fire and Theft
coverage on truck and automobile equipment, owned and operated by Washington
County were opened:
Edward W. Spriggs--for The Fidelity & Casualty Co of New York $465.60
J. Elmer Johnston--for The Niagara Fire Insurance Co. Of N.Y. 465.61
Harry V. Sprowls---For The Ohio Casualty Insurance Co. 420-33
W. A. Challener Insurance Agency 383.69
After due consideration of the foregoing bids, motion was made by Mr. O'Nei;
and seconded by Mr. Amos, that the bid of the W. A. Challener Agency of Wash-
ington, Pa., in the amount of $383.69, be accepted. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, It was adjourned.
