Joint meeting of the County Commissioners and the County Controller for
the purpose of receiving and opening bids for one 1938 De-luxe Ford V-8
Station Wagon. Present for the County Commissioners were Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and O'Neil, and in the absence of Controller J. K. Smith, he was repre-
sented by Gilbert Dentel, bookkeeper.
The bids from the following concerns were opened and read in the presence
of the County Commissioners:

After due consideration, motion was made by Mr. Amos,, seconded by Mr. O'Neil,
the
that/contract be awarded to the Donora Motor Company at their bid price of
9804.00, less the Federal Tax; and that all certified checks of unsuccessful
bidders be returned at once. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
