Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and O'Neil.
Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Amos, that the County Controller
be requested to advertise for bids on one 1938 model No. 41 Buick 5 passenger
4-door touring sedan with trunk back, less electric clock, chrome wheel mouldings
de luxe steering wheel and license plate frames, with allowance for trade-in of
one 1936 Chevrolet Coupe; bids to be opened at 11 A.M. , March 21., 1938; each bid
to be accompanied by certified check in the amount of 9100., with the right re-
served to reject any or all bids. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting., it was adjourned.
