Washington, Pa., March 15, 1938.
County Commissioners In regular session, those present being Messrs.
Berryman., -Amos and O'Neil.
Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the following Resolution
be adopted:
RESOLVED, That David H. Abrams, a qualified and registered engineer, be
appointed as Acting County Engineer for the purpose of investigating and in-
specting the construction of Granville Bridge #5, Pike Run, Clokey- Bridge #212
Chartiers Creek, and Crouch Bridge #20, Pike Run, for the County, estimating
in writing., the amount of work done thereon, materials furnished- and the value
thereof,, and for the further purpose of making final inspection, approval and
estimate in connection therewith; the said appointment to be for, thejore-
going purpose only and to be paid on a quantum meruit basis. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, It was adjourned.
