Joint meeting of the County Commissioners and County Controller for the
purpose of opening bids for one 1938, Model #41, Buick five passenger, four-
door touring sedan, with trunk back; members present for the County Commissioners
were Messrs. Berryman, Amos and OtNeil, and County Controller J. K. Smith.
Bids were opened and read in the presence of the County Commissioners as
follows:

The Minnemeyer Motor Company of Washington, Pa., having been the lowest
bidder, motion wad made by Mr. Amos,, seconded by Mr. OtNeill that the contract
be awarded to them at their bid of $600, the certified checks of the unsuccess-
ful bidders to be returned at once and the Federal Tax to be refunded to the
County. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
