Commissioners met in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and OtNeil. ---- ---
On motion duly made and seconded, the following Resolutiom-was.unanimously
adopted:
"BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of,Washington County, that the
plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the dh&t9it* of State Highway
Route 62039, in Cross Creek Township, between Stations 950% wid-1004-8., have
been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume
liability for any and all property dailageg resulting from the construction of
the highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out
of any changes or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or
maintenance of the highway."
There being no further business., the meeting was adjourned.
