BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

Webster, Penna., March 22nd, 1938.
The Commissioners of Washington and Westmoreland Counties met in joint
executive session with the following members present:
Earl B. Amos Harry White
John D. Berryman Jas. A. Kell
John N. OlNeil Frank K. Cochran
Washington Co. Com. Westmoreland Co. Com.
Harry White was elected President and Jas. A. Kell, Secretary of the joint
meeting .
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the necessary repair of the
Webster-Donora Inter-County bridge. After making a personal inspection of the
bridge, plans were discussed as to the best possible means for making the repair.
Since neither county employed a County Engineer, it was upon motion of Mr.
Berryman, seconded by Mr. Kell,, that the Farris Engineering Company be consulted
to advise as to the procedure and necessary repairs needed to place this bridge
in a safe condition. On this motion all members voted Aye.
It was further agreed that a joint session be held with the Engineering
Company at a later date.
