BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., March 29, 1938.
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.
Berryman, Amos and O'Neil.
Motion by Mr. .Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the County Controller
be authorized to return certified check to the O'Brien Steen Construction
Company in the amount of $100.00, which has been held as a bid deposit for
steel furnished for the Cummins Bridge. Motion carried.
There being no rurther bu$iness before the meeting., it ,was adjourned.

Motion by Mr. Amos, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the following Resolution
be adopted;
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the
plans submitted by the Department of Highways for changing of State Highway
Route 621390 in. Morris Township, between Stations 4700 and 52+00, have been
examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume
liability for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of
the highway as contemplated by these plans, and also all damages arising out
of any changes or alteration of drainage.resulting from the construction or
maintenance of the highway.
Motion carried.
