Washington, Pa., April 2, 1938.
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.
Berryman, Amos and O'Neil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized
to advertise for bids for the furnishing and laylkng of 265 sq.r yds., more or
less, of best grade linoleum for the floors of the County Treasurer?3 Office
and the Public Meeting Room of the Court House. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

Motion by Mr. Amon., seconded by Mr. OfNeil., that the officesin ,,the Court
it House be closed on Friday, April 8, 1938, in accordance with the Act of Assembly
approved July 28, 1937, that said 'date be designated as '"Forefathers Day" -and
declared to be a Legal holiday throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was -adjourr$ed.
