Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., April 20, 1938.
County Commissioners -and County Controller in joint meeting, for the
purpose of opening bids for linoleum for floor covering for the County Treasurer's
Office and the vublic Meeting Room of the Court House.
Those present were County Commissioners John D. Berryman, Earl B. Amos and
John N! O'Neil, and County Controller Smith.
Bids were opened and read in the presence of the -County Commissioners as
follows:
