County Commissioners In regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and O'Neil.
Upon motion duly made,, seconded and unanimously carried., the following
Resolution was adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED b�' thb County Commissioners of Washington County that the
plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State- Highway
Route 62128, in Amwell Township, between Stations 104485 and 106425, have been
examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will assume liability
for any and all property damages resulting from the construction of the highway
as contemplated by these plans, and also all damag6s arising out of any change oV
alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the
, highway.
There being no further business before the meeting., it was adjourned.
