County Commissioners in regular sessio4 those present being Messrs. Berry-
man, Amos and Ot Ito il.
Motion duly made and seconded, that the County Controller be authorized to
return the certified check of The McBee Company in the amount of $500.00, which
is now being held for the faithful performance of the contract to furnish the
tax statements; C. w. Tope, County Treasurer, advised that The MacBee Company
has satisfactorily completed their contract. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
